We are looking for an experienced Salesforce / nCino Developer who can design and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions while thinking from the customer’s perspective.

Key Responsibilities
Analyse user stories, understand requirements, and proactively identify technical or functional gaps
Provide accurate effort estimates for user stories
Create well-structured technical designs considering existing implementations and customer impact
Develop high-quality, optimized, scalable, and maintainable solutions on the Salesforce platform aligned with best practices
Perform thorough unit testing and ensure minimal defects
Develop robust Apex test classes with optimal code coverage
Resolve bugs efficiently (preferably in the first iteration)
Proactively communicate progress and risks to stakeholders
Create technical documentation (design docs, specifications, etc.)

Mandatory Skills
8+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce / nCino
Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Expertise in nCino and Commercial Lending domain
Strong hands-on experience with:
Apex Classes & Triggers
Lightning Framework & Lightning App Builder
LWC, Aura Components, SOQL, Visualforce, JavaScript
Platform Events, CDC, REST & SOAP integrations
Flows, Approval Processes, Process Builder, Workflows
CI/CD (GitHub), Reports & Dashboards
Data import/export
JIRA & Confluence

Desired Skills
Experience with nCino implementations
Knowledge of Apex Enterprise Patterns & Design Patterns
Salesforce Digital Experience (Communities / Sites)
Lightning Design System
Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications
