Description

You will lead the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce solutions from initial design through production operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Manage the full development lifecycle, including schema design, data migration, and system transition.
• Lead the development of critical customer-facing websites and platform architectures.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues using deep analytical problem-solving.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders using Agile methodologies and Jira.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Salesforce platform and development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Expertise in Salesforce APIs and declarative customization tools.
• Deep knowledge of data modeling, schema design, and design patterns.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and external system integrations.
• Understanding of Salesforce platform org limitations.
• Experience working within Agile development environments.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce DX, Copado, CI/CD pipelines, and Git version control.
• Salesforce Certifications: Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Application Architect, System Architect, or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
