Description

You will lead Salesforce delivery projects, managing external consultants, internal IT teams, and managed service providers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle Salesforce delivery projects with a focus on quality and timeline adherence.
• Oversee change control processes and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
• Direct communication with stakeholders and executive leadership to ensure project alignment.
• Lead and coordinate efforts between internal teams, external consultants, and managed service providers.

Required Skills

• 6–9 years of IT Project Management experience with a specific focus on Salesforce delivery.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow (SNOW) for cross-platform integration and management.
• Experience with SAP integration.
• Strong background in CRM project delivery and lifecycle management.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and external vendor relationships.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certification.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale enterprise integrations.
