Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables are successfully achieved.
• Manage Salesforce implementation and integration initiatives involving business and technical teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Coordinate project activities using Jira while maintaining project plans and tracking progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Technology teams.
• Provide regular project updates, executive-level presentations, and status reporting.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Drive action items to completion while ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams.
• Support organizational change management and user adoption initiatives.
• Successfully manage multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic environment.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Project Management experience, preferably within Agile environments.
• Proven experience managing Salesforce implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience using Jira for project management and delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize competing initiatives and adapt to changing business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of middleware and enterprise system integrations.
• Familiarity with organizational change management practices.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
