Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a large-scale Salesforce transformation and implementation program.

Oversee the deployment of Salesforce solutions, middleware platforms, and integrations with enterprise systems.

Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, IT, and cross-functional business teams to align project goals and deliverables.

Coordinate activities across internal Salesforce teams and external implementation partners.

Manage project scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, budgets, risks, issues, and overall delivery.

Drive the migration and conversion of legacy business systems to Salesforce platforms.

Facilitate requirements gathering, solution planning, business process alignment, testing, deployment, and go-live activities.

Ensure effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Provide regular status updates, executive communications, and project reporting to leadership.

Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining delivery timelines and quality standards.

Lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration across multiple departments and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as a Senior Salesforce Project Manager, Program Manager, or related leadership role.

Demonstrated success managing complex Salesforce implementation, transformation, and migration initiatives.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.

Experience leading legacy system migration and Salesforce adoption programs.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations, middleware platforms, and back-office systems.

Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations teams.

Proven ability to manage third-party vendors and implementation partners.

Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced and dynamic environments.

Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant, or related credentials.

Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments with multiple system integrations.

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.

Experience leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives
