Description

Lead end-to-end project execution for Salesforce implementations, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met. You will manage business and technical teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and drive integrations using Jira.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables for Salesforce initiatives.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Coordinate project activities using Jira, maintaining plans and tracking progress against milestones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Ops, Tech) and provide executive status reports.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies while driving action items to completion.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Project Management experience, preferably within Agile environments.
• Proven experience managing Salesforce implementation and integration projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience using Jira for project management and delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of middleware and enterprise system integrations.
