Lead technical design and hands-on development for Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS).

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and implementation of Salesforce PSS workstreams.
• Execute hands-on development within the Salesforce platform.
• Drive architectural decisions for public sector use cases.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS).
• Proven experience in a technical lead capacity.
• Strong command of Salesforce configuration and custom development.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with public sector compliance and data privacy standards.
