Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce QA Automation Engineer with 8+ years of experience in Salesforce testing and automation. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce QA, test automation frameworks, and tools such as Copado CRT, Selenium, and Provar.

The candidate will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test strategies, automating test scenarios, validating complex Salesforce business processes, and ensuring high-quality releases across multiple Salesforce clouds.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive Salesforce test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Perform hands-on functional, regression, integration, and automation testing.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Copado CRT, Selenium, and/or Provar.
• Translate business and technical requirements into test cases, automation candidates, traceability, and measurable quality outcomes.
• Validate complex business rules, calculations, notices, workflow approvals, and automated processes.
• Test document generation, correspondence, audit trails, and data-related processes.
• Validate data migration activities and ensure data integrity across Salesforce environments.
• Perform testing of system integrations between Salesforce and external applications.
• Test Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud functionality.
• Participate throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and ensure quality standards are met.
• Work effectively in both Agile and Waterfall development environments.
• Identify, document, track, and support resolution of defects.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders to resolve testing issues.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, test scenarios, test execution, and defects.
• Support regression testing during Salesforce releases, enhancements, and deployments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce testing and QA automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce test automation.
• Experience with one or more of the following:

• Strong experience writing Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Scripts.

• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
