Description

Lead technical development and customization within the Salesforce Service Cloud environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Customize Service Cloud features including case management, Knowledge Base, Omni-Channel, and Service Console.
• Build automations using Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues through systematic debugging.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with Git for version control.
• Knowledge of Salesforce DX and deployment via change sets.
• Understanding of Salesforce security models and best practices.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing CI/CD processes in Salesforce development.
