Description

You will lead the architectural design and technical implementation of complex Salesforce solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect technical Salesforce solutions and integrate them with Informatica and IBM Data Management tools.
• Design and develop advanced customizations using Salesforce, Informatica Cloud, Power Centre, and Customer 360.
• Map functional requirements to Salesforce features and lead technical workshops with business stakeholders.
• Manage technical project teams, including onshore, offshore, internal, and external members.
• Oversee code reviews, mentor junior developers, and manage vendor relationships.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience working with Salesforce technology.
• 3+ years of experience specifically as a Solution Architect.
• Expertise in SFDC application development and Salesforce.com integration.
• Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, and Force.com.
• Hands-on experience with SOAP and REST-based Web Service APIs.
• Deep knowledge of Informatica (Cloud, Power Centre, and Customer 360).
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, Force.com, and Heroku.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

Preferred Skills

• Post Graduate or MBA degree.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications.
• Experience managing Salesforce developers.
