Description

You will configure, maintain, and enhance the Salesforce ecosystem supporting recruitment and enrollment operations at ASU EdPlus.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, declarative solutions aligned with business needs and platform best practices.
• Translate complex operational requirements into practical Salesforce functionality, providing clear feasibility recommendations.
• Own the full lifecycle of assigned projects and enhancements from intake through delivery.
• Maintain system reliability, automation, and data stewardship processes, including deduplication and hygiene.
• Participate in release activities, deployments, and documentation, including occasional after-hours work.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce System Administrator.
• Strong proficiency in SOQL and Apex for troubleshooting and custom logic.
• Experience building or working with Lightning Components.
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, and DemandTools.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce configuration, security standards, and best practices.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders and translate operational needs into technical solutions.
