Description

You will design and lead enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions across Field Service, Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds. You will establish development best practices, coding standards, and governance models while guiding technical teams through complex architectural decisions. Your focus is on translating business requirements into secure, scalable technical designs and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Enforce coding standards, security protocols, and governance models across the team.
• Design secure integrations with external platforms and manage data migration strategies.
• Mentor developers and administrators to foster technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Optimize system performance and ensure maintainability of all Salesforce implementations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 4 years in an architect role.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Integrations and CI/CD tools.
• Hands-on experience with Data Migration techniques and tools.
• Strong understanding of security architecture and identity management.
• Ability to lead enterprise-level Salesforce implementations from design to deployment.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, or System Architect certification.
• Platform Developer II or Integration Architecture Designer certification.
