Description

You will design and lead enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions across Field Service, Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Establish development best practices, coding standards, and governance models.
• Design secure integrations with external platforms and manage data migration strategies.
• Mentor developers and administrators to foster technical excellence.
• Optimize system performance and ensure maintainability of implementations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Salesforce experience.
• At least 4 years in an architect role.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Integrations.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools.
• Hands-on experience with Data Migration techniques and tools.
• Strong understanding of security architecture and identity management.
• Ability to lead enterprise-level Salesforce implementations from design to deployment.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, or System Architect certification.
• Platform Developer II or Integration Architecture Designer certification.
