Description

You will own the enterprise-scale Salesforce architecture and hands-on development for digital banking solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement scalable Salesforce architectures integrating Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Lead complex development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), LWR, and OmniStudio.
• Architect API-first integration strategies using MuleSoft, REST, SOAP, and Event-Driven Architecture (Kafka, AWS).
• Implement Salesforce AI, Einstein AI, and AgentForce for predictive analytics, intelligent case routing, and chatbot automation.
• Enforce security and compliance using Salesforce Shield, OAuth, SAML, and Zero Trust models.

Required Skills

• 20+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 15+ years in Salesforce architecture.
• Hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, LWR, and OmniStudio.
• Deep experience in Digital Banking (Retail, Corporate, Wealth, or Payments).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Experience Cloud.
• Proficiency in Salesforce AI, AgentForce, and Einstein AI-driven solutions.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud for customer insights and analytics.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Shield, Event Monitoring, and Field Audit Trail.
• Familiarity with AutoRABIT for release automation and metadata management.
