Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of scalable Salesforce architectures and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops to translate business processes into technical Salesforce solutions.
• Break down solutions into user stories, estimate requirements, and map dependencies.
• Own end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to budget, scope, quality, and timelines.
• Manage a delivery team by allocating tasks and monitoring development through the SDLC.
• Design secure, scalable IT architectures and document technical best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing and designing Salesforce solutions.
• Proven track record as a Solution Architect on multiple Salesforce projects.
• Deep expertise in out-of-the-box Salesforce functionality.
• Experience designing custom functionality using LWC, Aura, triggers, flows, and custom jobs.
• Hands-on experience with data migrations and Salesforce best practices.
• Technical knowledge of integrations using Salesforce APIs, web services, Salesforce Connect, MuleSoft, or middleware.
• Experience setting up deployment processes and tools.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing development teams.

Preferred Skills

• Multiple Salesforce certifications.
