Description

Lead technical architecture, hands-on development, and production support for Salesforce environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect long-term technical solutions balancing time-to-market with platform scalability, security, and performance.
• Execute hands-on configuration in Sales Cloud, complex Apex coding, Flows, and Partner Community setups.
• Resolve production support issues via various intake channels to maintain platform health.
• Manage technical debt and implement engineering best practices including CI/CD and Agile methodologies.
• Provide guidance and oversight to managed services resources through dotted-line management.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Salesforce application development experience.
• Expertise in Apex, Lightning, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce SOAP API, REST API, and BULK API.
• Proficiency with GitHub, Jira, and DevOps processes.
• Ability to act as a Business Systems Analyst when required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical presentations.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical requirements with minimal oversight.
