Description

You will own the end-to-end delivery of complex Salesforce initiatives, from initiation through closure.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Drive project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and timeline management to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders to define scope, requirements, milestones, and success criteria.
• Manage Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud implementations, enhancements, integrations, and data initiatives.
• Apply Agile methodologies to drive execution, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues, driving proactive resolution and escalation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in technical project or program management delivering Salesforce initiatives.
• Direct experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud implementations and integrations.
• Proven success leading large-scale, high-intensity projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and managing Agile delivery teams.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Engineering, Product, and executive stakeholders.
• Experience managing budgets, resource planning, and complex timelines across multiple workstreams.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, presenting to senior leadership.
• Proficiency in Program Management and Project Manager functions.
