Description

Lead technical design, development, and integration of Salesforce solutions including Experience Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and custom APIs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering and design to deployment, testing, and post-production support.
  • Design and maintain Lightning Flows, converting legacy Workflow Rules and Process Builders while defining SOA and RESTful architectures.
  • Develop and support integrations with internal and third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs, troubleshooting backend exception logs.
  • Conduct code reviews, manage release processes across sandboxes and production, and validate test cases against business requirements.
  • Maintain Salesforce Communities/Experience Cloud portals and Field Service Lightning applications, including mobile support.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in Information Systems, Analysis, Design, and Development.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development and administration (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud).
  • 5+ years of hands-on development with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • 5+ years of experience with SFDC data models, data migration, and integration capabilities.
  • 3+ years of experience handling integrations using REST or SOAP APIs with internal and third-party systems.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce Data Loader for data imports and exports.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) and mobile administration.
  • Knowledge of DevOps and Release Management best practices.
