Description

You will own the technical design, development, and maintenance of the Salesforce platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Salesforce platform components including Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Knowledge, and CMS.
• Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture solutions and translate business requirements into scalable platform enhancements.
• Lead deployment processes across environments using CI/CD tools and maintain version control strategies.
• Develop and maintain custom development, integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), and complex business logic on the platform.
• Provide technical leadership on Salesforce initiatives, enforcing security, scalability, and performance standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce platform development and administration.
• Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components.
• Experience with DevOps pipelines and tools such as Salesforce DX, Jenkins, Copado, or Gearset.
• Strong command of SOQL, validation rules, flows, and declarative automation.
• Expertise in managing security settings, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
• Ability to design and implement integrations with external services via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with version control and branching strategies in Salesforce environments.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
