Description

You design intuitive user experiences for the Salesforce platform, owning the end-to-end design process from discovery to implementation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user discovery and requirements analysis to identify business needs and pain points.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for Salesforce applications.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals.
• Develop detailed design documentation, including user flows and design specifications.
• Ensure all designs meet accessibility and inclusion standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer with a focus on Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Design System.
• Hands-on experience with Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
• Strong understanding of out-of-the-box Salesforce features and functions.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components concepts, including flex cards, omni-scripts, lightning flows, and pagination.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce UX Designer certification.
