Description

You will lead the architecture, development, and deployment of complex SAP S/4HANA solutions in a secure, regulated private cloud environment. You will serve as the technical SME for application development and cross-module integration, translating business requirements into scalable technical designs. Your role includes mentoring junior developers, leading code reviews, and ensuring adherence to security and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analysis, design, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.
• Design and document cross-module integrations, ensuring performance and security.
• Mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
• Remediate application vulnerabilities and coordinate patching with infrastructure teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of direct experience in SAP application development, implementation, or support.
• Hands-on expertise with SAP S/4HANA and enterprise systems analysis methodologies.
• Strong understanding of SAP core modules: FI, MM, SD, PP, CO.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) security clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent certification/experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, Java, or HTML.
• Ability to travel up to 10% as business needs require.

Preferred Skills

• Deep experience with ABAP (Classic/On HANA), SAP BTP Integration Suite, OData, and Fiori/UI5.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and BW/4HANA.
• Background in manufacturing environments or DOE/federal systems.
