KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design scalable, secure, and highly available SAP infrastructure across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments
Establish technical standards and align SAP platform roadmaps, upgrades, and maintenance with business objectives
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior and mid-level SAP Basis administrators
Install, configure, administer, monitor, and maintain SAP systems
Support SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP HANA, SAP NetWeaver, Oracle, and related enterprise applications
Perform system health checks, capacity planning, workload analysis, and performance tuning

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years of IT experience
5+ years of senior SAP Basis / SAP HANA support experience
Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC
Strong SAP HANA and SAP NetWeaver experience
SAP installations, upgrades, patching, refreshes, and transport management
System monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
Major incident / P1-P2 resolution experience
Working knowledge of Oracle and SAP HANA databases
Experience with AIX, Linux, and Windows platforms
Backup, recovery, HA, DR, and failover experience
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule

SAP S/4HANA conversions
SAP HANA database migrations
SAP landscape modernization / transformation
SAP on AWS, Azure, GCP, or hybrid cloud
Experience supporting complex enterprise SAP landscapes and integrations
Technical leadership and mentoring experience
Strong communication, customer-service, and analytical skills
Ability to translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions
Strong ownership, initiative, adaptability, and continuous-learning mindset

EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field is required.
Master’s degree in a technical field is preferred
