Description

You will own the administration and technical landscape management for complex SAP environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA system implementation, configuration, and environment setup.
• Perform SAP upgrades, apply Support Packs, and manage technical maintenance with minimal downtime.
• Conduct daily system health checks, monitor background jobs, and troubleshoot transport/performance issues across SAP components.
• Manage HANA DB backup/restore, performance tuning, and system replication.
• Provide rotational and on-call support for production systems, managing critical incidents (P1/P2).

Required Skills

• 10+ years of SAP BASIS experience in complex, distributed SAP environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA system administration.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP HANA Database, including performance tuning and administration.
• Proven experience with upgrades, migrations, and multi-system landscapes (DEV/QA/PRD).
• Experience supporting SAP BW, SAP PI/PO, SAP SAC, SAP SCM, and SAP SRM components.
• Deep understanding of transports, RFCs, spool, background jobs, and security fundamentals.
• Strong experience with performance analysis and system troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP services and hybrid cloud integration scenarios.
• Any Graduate education level.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automation/scripting (Shell, Python, PowerShell).
• Exposure to SAP on Azure or AWS cloud deployment models.
