Key Responsibilities

SAP Basis Administration & System Support

Provide SAP Basis administration, monitoring, and operational support across the SAP landscape.

Manage system upgrades, migrations, system copies, and patch implementations.

Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and system optimization.

Configure and maintain Transport Management System (TMS).

Manage SAP security, authorization setup, and access controls.

Support backup, restore, and disaster recovery processes.

SAP Platform Support

Administer and support enterprise SAP platforms including:

SAP S/4HANA

SAP NetWeaver

SAP BW / BW on HANA

SAP Enterprise Portal

SAP Solution Manager

SAP Fiori

Infrastructure & Integration

Support HANA database administration and monitoring.

Maintain and support Linux-based SAP environments.

Ensure application and infrastructure security compliance.

Support system integrations and web services connectivity with external applications.

System Maintenance & Continuous Improvement

Implement system patches, updates, and enhancements.

Provide production support, issue resolution, and root cause analysis.

Monitor system tools, integrations, and operational performance.

Contribute to automation initiatives, testing tools, and process improvements.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration within enterprise environments.

Strong experience supporting SAP S/4HANA, NetWeaver, and BW/BW on HANA platforms.

Hands-on experience with SAP upgrades, migrations, system copies, and performance tuning.

Experience managing SAP security, transport management, and system monitoring.

Experience with HANA database administration and Linux operating systems.

Strong troubleshooting, system optimization, and problem-solving skills.

Experience supporting web services and system integrations.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SAP Fiori administration and configuration.

Knowledge of enterprise portal administration and ESS/MSS configuration.

Experience with Java, JavaScript, or HTML5 development in SAP environments.

Familiarity with cloud-based SAP environments and modernization initiatives.

Experience supporting large-scale enterprise or public-sector SAP systems
