Description

You will own the design, configuration, and testing of SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Configure BPC models, dimensions, members, properties, business rules, and input schedules to validate solution design.
  • Design and develop BPC data models and data flow.
  • Configure and unit test consolidation business rules, currency translation, eliminations, and journal entries.
  • Develop BPC Business Process Flows and Work Status to support consolidation processes.
  • Conduct blueprint requirement gathering and participate in design workshops.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of SAP BPC configuration and solution design.
  • Expertise in integration points between SAP GL, BI/BW, and BPC.
  • Deep understanding of SAP BI/BW data modeling related to BPC and BW-Integrated Planning.
  • Experience configuring FI-CO, PS, and other SAP ECC modules integration points.
  • Proficiency in solution design, configuration, and unit testing for FI-GL (including New GL), Asset Accounting, AR, AP, Special Ledger, Profit Center, CCA, and PS.
  • Ability to use Report Writer and Report Painter for reporting needs.
  • Experience implementing best practices for BPC planning and Consolidation modules.
  • 3 years of professional experience in a relevant SAP role.
