Description

You will manage SAP Finance and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, integrating them with CRM systems. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements for SAP OTC and CRM integration to create functional specifications.
• Act as the SME for the Order-to-Cash lifecycle, including order management, pricing, billing, and collections.
• Resolve data inconsistencies and integration challenges between SAP Finance and CRM platforms.
• Manage defect triaging, root cause analysis, and backlog prioritization.
• Develop and execute test scripts for functional, regression, and UAT testing.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst focusing on SAP Finance (OTC).
• Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash processes, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
• Hands-on experience integrating SAP Finance with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
• Proficiency with SAP and Salesforce.
• Experience using Jira or Azure for backlog management.
• Ability to conduct UAT and support defect resolution.
• Experience working in Agile environments, including sprint planning and backlog grooming.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce.com specifically.
