Description

Lead data migration workstreams for complex SAP implementations, focusing on Material, Customer, and Vendor Master Data conversions.

Responsibilities

• Execute full lifecycle SAP data migration projects using ETL methodologies including data profiling, cleansing, and validation.
• Utilize data migration tools such as Syniti, BODS, and MDG to manage large-scale conversions.
• Develop ABAP solutions to support S/4 HANA implementation requirements.
• Travel up to 50% to support client projects and industry-specific needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of SAP consulting experience.
• Proven track record with 2+ full lifecycle SAP data migration implementations.
• Strong proficiency in ETL processes and data migration methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Syniti, BODS, or MDG.
• Direct experience with S/4 HANA implementations.
• Working knowledge of ABAP development.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Greenfield implementations and SAP ASAP or Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of MDM solutions, Maintenance Plant, and Work Order modules.
