Description

You will act as a subject matter expert for an SAP S/4 implementation project, managing system processes, configurations, and workflow optimization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing efforts by designing and executing test cases for system integration and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot post-launch system issues and resolve technical problems for end users.
• Liaise between business and IT teams to manage transitions, system integrations, and user adoption.
• Provide end-user training and documentation, including Fiori apps and quick reference guides.
• Perform light configurations within the fuel management system and direct developers on deeper logic changes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP S/4 implementation experience.
• Expertise in Source to Pay, Inventory Management, or Manufacturing modules.
• Proficiency with UAT, qTest for test management, and Jira for project tracking.
• Ability to perform light system configurations and communicate requirements to developers.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for post-go-live support.
• Experience with Fiori apps and creating technical documentation.
• Any Graduate degree.
