Lead SAP implementation projects from planning through deployment, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including planning, design, configuration, and deployment.
• Provide expert guidance on solution architecture and SAP best practices to meet complex business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Design and configure SAP solutions across modules, performing system assessments and performance tuning.
• Mentor junior consultants and conduct training sessions to facilitate user adoption and team growth.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP Consultant focusing on implementation, configuration, and support.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SAP BW/4HANA, or SAP CRM.
• Proven track record of leading successful SAP implementations from conception to delivery.
• Strong ability to analyze complex business processes and recommend tailored SAP solutions.
• Experience leading and mentoring consulting teams in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in relevant SAP modules or technologies.
• Experience integrating SAP solutions with other enterprise systems and applications.
