Key Responsibilities
* Delivery Leadership: Lead, mentor, and orchestrate cross-functional SAP functional & technical teams (FICO, ABAP, integrations).
* Client & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary onsite leadership point of contact for executive client updates, roadmaps, and expectation management.
* Escalation & Risk Management: Proactively identify project risks, unblock bottlenecks, and resolve critical escalations swiftly.
* Governance: Oversee project timelines, milestones, quality standards, and resource allocations.
🔍 What We Are Looking For
* ~20 years of overall SAP ecosystem experience.
* Solid hands-on foundation in SAP FICO and ABAP to maintain strong technical credibility.
* Proven leadership overseeing large-scale, complex SAP implementations and rollouts.
* Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder diplomacy, and negotiation skills
