Lead the design, build, and deployment of SAP-based ERP solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and design within the SAP FICO area, collaborating with finance teams.
• Manage accounting implementation and integration across modules including MM, SD, PP, and HR.
• Set up organizational structures, company codes, Financial Accounting, and Controlling.
• Conduct structured testing internally and with end-users to ensure solution stabilization.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall experience.
• 5+ years of functional exposure in SAP Finance & Costing.
• Expertise in SAP S/4 HANA.
• Strong experience with GST.
• Knowledge of Classic GL, Profit Center, and Business Area accounting.
• Ability to interact with end-users on business requirements and technically with ABAP teams.
• Proficiency in conflict resolution and problem identification.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
