Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Fixed Assets (FA), and Controlling (CO).
• Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
• Design and implement finance solutions that align with business requirements.
• Configure and troubleshoot GL determination, movement types, valuated and non-valuated postings, and Product Costing.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable SAP Finance solutions.
• Perform system analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Participate in system upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance during project execution.
• Prepare functional specifications and support testing activities, including UAT.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of hands-on SAP FICO consulting experience.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations and support.
• Expertise in GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Product Costing, and Controlling.
• Experience with SAP configuration, finance integration, and business process optimization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP BRIM, FI-CA, and Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR).
• Hands-on experience with SAP Digital Payments Add-on (DPA).
• Experience with EDI configuration, analysis, and testing.
• Previous experience leading SAP implementation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
