Description

You will lead functional and technical SAP FICO/FSCM implementations, defining system strategy and driving full lifecycle deployments including S/4HANA rollouts. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Drive business blueprinting, design workshops, and create BRDs and FSDs.
• Design, prototype, test, and implement business solutions and support procedures.
• Develop functional specifications and collaborate directly with developers.
• Manage onsite and offshore teams to meet project deadlines and goals.
• Document complex business process flow charts.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in SAP FICO/FSCM modules.
• Proven track record with 4-5 full lifecycle implementations and 2 S/4HANA deployments.
• Deep knowledge of integration with MM, SD, and PP, including logistics flows and intercompany processes.
• Expertise in EDI and IDoc functionality.
• Hands-on experience with Source to Pay upstream/downstream flows, bank communications, and Treasury.
• Technical proficiency in Cash Applications, including EBS, Lockbox, remittance advice, and clearing functions.
• Experience with RAR integration with SD, BPC, and Tax Compliance.
• Working knowledge of Direct and Indirect tax and SD integration with tax.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with BPC and Tax Compliance integration.
• Ability to document complex business process flow charts.
