Description

Lead implementation and support for SAP FICO, Funds Management, and FSCM modules in S/4HANA and ECC environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, blueprinting, solution design, customization, testing, and Go-Live.
• Execute configuration for FICO, FM, and FSCM modules, covering Asset Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Cash and Bank, GL, and Accounts Payable.
• Lead business workshops to collect requirements, conduct system studies, and prepare Business Blueprints.
• Handle RICEFW requirements including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows.
• Perform month-end and year-end support activities and manage funds management and BCM implementation independently.

Required Skills

• 11-13 years of experience in SAP FICO, FSCM, and Funds Management.
• At least 5 completed end-to-end implementations.
• Minimum of one mandatory S/4HANA implementation experience.
• Proven expertise in configuring FICO, FM, and FSCM in S/4HANA or ECC systems.
• Deep integration knowledge across MM, SD, HR, RE-FX, and PM modules.
• Experience with Fiori for Approval Apps and handling Finance module interfaces.
• Proficiency in DME configuration for XML, Flat files, and other formats.
• Experience configuring automatic bank reconciliation processes.
• Skilled in unit, integration, and regression testing, as well as user training.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in the Middle East.
• Background in Government, Public Sector, or Utility industries.
