Description

You will lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling (FICO) implementation projects, owning solution design, configuration, and delivery with minimal supervision.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling implementations, focusing on CO modules like Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis.
• Conduct current-state assessments, identify gaps, and define future-state solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Develop project roadmaps, implementation strategies, and detailed project plans while driving execution to ensure alignment with timelines and scope.
• Facilitate business workshops to gather requirements, map processes, and define future-state workflows.
• Forecast project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans to ensure smooth delivery through go-live and stabilization.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of SAP FICO experience with deep specialization in SAP CO (Controlling).
• Hands-on experience in multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong expertise in assessment, solution design, and SAP CO configuration.
• Proven ability to lead implementation teams and drive execution independently.
• Experience in business process mapping and stakeholder management.
• Excellent client-facing communication and workshop facilitation skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to forecast project execution and delivery outcomes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading project planning and defining implementation strategies.
• Ability to own projects end-to-end without dependency on instructions.
