Description

We are seeking 2 highly experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultants with strong expertise in Controlling (CO) and hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation experience. This role requires professionals who can independently lead end-to-end finance transformation initiatives, including assessments, solution design, project planning, configuration, and implementation execution.

The ideal candidates will be strong leaders who can drive projects proactively, conduct business workshops, define future-state processes, and ensure successful delivery with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling (FICO) implementation projects with a strong focus on CO (Controlling).
• Conduct current-state assessments, identify gaps, and define future-state solutions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and lead process design workshops.
• Develop project roadmaps, implementation strategies, and detailed project plans.
• Drive overall project execution, ensuring alignment with timelines, scope, and quality.
• Perform and guide SAP CO configuration and solution design, including:
  • Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
  • Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
  • Internal Orders
  • Product Costing
  • Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
• Lead implementation activities and provide direction to functional teams.
• Forecast project progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Ensure smooth delivery from design through go-live and stabilization.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of SAP FICO experience, with deep specialization in SAP CO (Controlling).
• Strong hands-on experience in multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Proven expertise in assessment, solution design, configuration, and project planning.
• Strong ability to lead implementation teams and drive execution independently.
• Excellent experience in business process mapping and stakeholder management.
• Strong client-facing communication and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to own projects end-to-end without dependency on instructions.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to forecast project execution and delivery outcomes.
