You configure SAP applications and lead functional analysis to align technical solutions with business priorities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP systems and manage production support, including release planning and break-fix resolutions.
• Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation to define business solutions and feasibility.
• Write detailed functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on development and testing.
• Develop user test cases, validate UAT results, and resolve complex application issues.
• Mentor junior analysts and maintain comprehensive knowledge repository documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior SAP Functional Analyst.
• Deep functional knowledge and configuration experience in SAP Business Suite (ERP, SCM, SRM, CRM).
• Experience with SAP Ariba and SuccessFactors.
• Strong proficiency in writing functional specifications and designing business solutions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent structured business analysis and requirement elicitation skills.
• Proven track record of mentoring and collaborating across IT and business units.
