Key Responsibilities

• Analyze upstream Oil & Gas finance and supply chain processes.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions.
• Configure, test, and support relevant SAP modules.
• Prepare functional specifications, process flows, test scripts, and solution documentation.
• Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, data migration, and deployment.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements based on SAP best practices.
• Coordinate with business users, SAP technical teams, and onshore/offshore delivery teams.
• Provide post-production support and resolve functional issues.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of SAP functional consulting experience.
• Strong experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • SAP Finance, including FI/CO
  • SAP Supply Chain, Procurement, Materials Management, or Inventory Management
• Strong understanding of end-to-end functional and business processes.
• Previous experience supporting Upstream Oil & Gas operations.
• Experience with SAP implementations, upgrades, enhancements, or transformation programs.
• Ability to prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience working in an onshore/offshore delivery model.

Preferred Experience

• SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration experience.
• Integration between Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Asset Management, and upstream operational processes.
• Experience working with large Oil & Gas or energy-sector organizations
