Description

You will act as a technical lead for global cloud implementation projects, owning the technical stream and mentoring the project team. You plan and monitor deliverables, providing regular status reports and ensuring alignment with customer representatives and onsite coordinators.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical streams and mentor project team members in executing deliverables.
• Plan and monitor project deliverables while providing regular status reports to managers and onsite coordinators.
• Interface with customer representatives and onsite coordinators to ensure project alignment.
• Manage performance for direct reportees and foster a quality-driven team culture.
• Travel to customer locations as required to support project needs.

Required Skills

• 3-7 years of industry experience in SAP development.
• Hands-on experience with AS-ABAP on HANA and HANA Data Modelling concepts.
• Proficiency in custom code push down techniques and the ABAP development toolkit (ADT).
• Proven project experience with CDS, AMDP, and Module pool programming.
• Expertise in Adobe Forms, Smart Forms, and RICEFW development.
• Strong knowledge of User Exits, Customer Exits, BADIs, and the new enhancement framework.
• Experience with SAP data migration tools and SAP GATEWAY.
• Degree in BE, B.Tech, or MCA.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OData and backend Fiori skills.
• Real-time knowledge of SAP HANA/ABAP implementation and migration projects.
