Description

Lead technical streams for global cloud implementation projects, owning the technical delivery and mentoring the project team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor project deliverables, ensuring alignment with customer representatives and onsite coordinators.
• Mentor team members in executing deliverables and manage performance for direct reportees.
• Interface with stakeholders to provide regular status reports and ensure project quality.
• Travel to customer locations as required to support project needs.

Required Skills

• 3-7 years of industry experience in SAP development.
• Hands-on experience with AS-ABAP on HANA and HANA Data Modelling concepts.
• Proficiency in custom code push down techniques and the ABAP development toolkit (ADT).
• Proven project experience with CDS, AMDP, and Module pool programming.
• Expertise in Adobe Forms, Smart Forms, and RICEFW development.
• Strong knowledge of User Exits, Customer Exits, BADIs, and the new enhancement framework.
• Experience with SAP data migration tools and SAP GATEWAY.
• Degree in BE, B.Tech, or MCA.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OData and backend Fiori skills.
• Real-time knowledge of SAP HANA/ABAP implementation and migration projects.
