Description

Lead and support SAP IBP implementations, enhancements, and business process optimization initiatives for supply chain planning.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage SAP IBP Demand Planning and S&OP modules, including master data planning areas, key figures, and calculations.
• Design complex business scenarios using key figure calculations and attribute transformations to improve planning accuracy.
• Develop and maintain SAP IBP Excel Add-In templates aligned with user and business requirements.
• Implement and manage security roles, permission filters, and access restrictions within SAP IBP.
• Support Order-Based Planning (OBP), Supply Heuristics, and Optimizer configurations while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of overall IT and SAP consulting experience.
• 4–5 years of hands-on SAP IBP implementation experience with 2–3 end-to-end projects.
• Strong expertise in SAP IBP Demand Planning and S&OP configuration.
• Hands-on experience with key figures, planning areas, time profiles, and attribute transformations.
• Experience configuring planning operators, global settings, and security roles.
• Working knowledge of SAP IBP Order-Based Planning (OBP), Supply Heuristics, and Optimizer setup.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in supply chain planning and forecasting environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP IBP solutions.
• Prior experience supporting enterprise-level planning transformations.
