Lead SAP SD configurations and RMA process designs for high-tech industry workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure SAP SD modules, covering returns management, sales documents, deliveries, billing, and invoicing.
• Lead workshops and meetings with internal and external clients to define project requirements.
• Manage multiple deliverables and projects concurrently within full-cycle SAP implementation environments.
• Analyze business processes from a customer perspective to ensure functional alignment.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
• Deep expertise in SAP SD modules.
• Specialized knowledge of RMA processes.
• Experience configuring sales documents, deliveries, billing, and invoicing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent project deliverables.
• Strong analytical skills for business process comprehension.
• Experience working within the high-tech industry.
