Description

Lead solution design and configuration for SAP PEO within SAP S/4HANA environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable SAP PEO solutions.
• Configure and support SAP PEO functionalities within SAP S/4HANA.
• Design and implement manufacturing execution and production engineering processes.
• Provide end-to-end solution architecture for engineering-to-production scenarios and manage integration testing, UAT, and cutover planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with SAP PEO.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven experience in solution architecture.
• Ability to conduct requirement-gathering sessions.
• Experience with integration testing and hyper care support.
