Description

Lead SAP PP implementations and configurations for automotive manufacturing projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP PP implementations with a focus on Repetitive Manufacturing (REM).
• Optimize scheduling processes and design backflushing functionalities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend best practices.
• Integrate production planning workflows with MM, WM, and QM modules.
• Support data migration, testing, and end-user training.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PP.
• Expertise in Repetitive Manufacturing (REM) within discrete manufacturing.
• Deep knowledge of scheduling strategies and backflushing processes.
• Strong integration experience with MM, SD, WM, and QM modules.
• Proven experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Experience with large-scale SAP implementations or long-term consulting.
• Ability to travel to Mexico as required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
