Description

You will manage complex IT projects within the SAP ecosystem, ensuring delivery against scope, timeline, and budget.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage project resources, schedules, and RAID logs, defining delivery dates and assigning tasks.
• Track project performance against metrics, implementing corrective actions and ensuring documentation accuracy.
• Clarify project scope while forecasting timelines, resource needs, and costs.
• Identify, assess, and control project threats, actively managing risk and issue logs.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to standardize project delivery.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in diverse IT project management roles.
• Experience as an IT PM specifically within SAP upgrades.
• Strong background in SAP S/4HANA, SAP H4S4, BIBS, and SAP upgrade delivery.
• Hands-on understanding of project management methodologies, including risk mitigation and milestone management.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, project management, or a related field.
• Strong professional communication skills for tailoring deliverables to various audiences.
• Ability to field technical questions regarding SAP S/4HANA and H4 technology alongside technical resources.

Preferred Skills

• Strong background in SAP HCM or SuccessFactors.
• PMP, ScrumMaster certification, or comparable.
