Description

You will lead the delivery of complex SAP implementation, rollout, and upgrade projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor detailed project plans, reconciling them against the baseline for execution.
• Manage project financials and drive closure activities, ensuring accurate accounting.
• Apply Agile Project Management practices, including SAP Activate and ASAP principles.
• Maintain a comprehensive Risks and Issues Log, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
• Oversee quality gating for key deliverables, managing scope baseline and RFCs.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP, with 5+ years as an SAP Project Manager.
• Proven experience managing complex greenfield, large brownfield, or transformation projects.
• Mandatory experience with both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Demonstrated ability to execute two full-cycle implementations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects using both Agile (SAP Activate) and ASAP methodologies.
• Expertise in managing medium to high complexity SAP implementation, rollout, and upgrade projects.
• Proficiency in standard project management and tracking tools, including custom tracking mechanisms.
