You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for SAP roles, specifically focusing on onsite projects in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Execute targeted recruitment strategies for US-based onsite SAP positions.
• Identify and source qualified SAP professionals to meet business requirements.
• Manage the full hiring lifecycle for SAP America accounts.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define role specifications and hiring timelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP recruitment.
• Proven track record of hiring for US-based onsite projects.
• Experience recruiting for the SAP America market.
• Ability to source passive candidates in competitive tech markets.
• Strong understanding of the SAP skill matrix and role definitions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with international staffing agencies or global teams.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
