Description

· Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, migrations, rollouts, and support engagements.
· Conduct business process workshops with Finance and Accounting stakeholders.
· Design and configure SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions aligned with business requirements.
· Drive Fit-Gap Analysis and recommend SAP best practices.
· Lead solution design, testing, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
· Work closely with business users, project managers, architects, and technical teams.
· Provide functional leadership during all project phases.
· Support financial transformation and process optimization initiatives.


Managerial Skills:

· 10–15 years of SAP Finance consulting experience.
· 3+ end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations.
· At least 1–2 S/4HANA conversion/migration projects.
· Experience in Greenfield, Brownfield, or Selective Data Transition projects.
· Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills.
· Excellent communication skills with US business users and leadership teams
