Description

You will lead business analysis efforts to capture, clarify, and manage system requirements within the SAP SD domain.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business analysis process to identify, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, lead super users, and technical development teams to bridge requirements and solutions.
• Coordinate and check the work of other business systems analysts and support teams.
• Develop complex requirements for process or system solutions by leveraging multiple gathering methodologies.
• Maintain expert product knowledge to identify opportunities for system enhancements and ensure efficient delivery of results.

Required Skills

• 12-15 years of experience with SAP ECC SD configuration and testing.
• Extensive experience within a global ERP systems environment or IT.
• Proven track record of working on multiple projects and meeting objectives within established timelines.
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a related discipline.
• Deep expertise in ERP systems.
• Strong ability to document and implement software solutions based on business needs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IDOCs and integrations.
• Experience working within a large ERP systems footprint in a global, multinational environment.
• Experience managing relationships with 3rd party vendors and teams.
