You will lead business analysis and configuration for SAP SD, bridging stakeholder needs with technical solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis to capture, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements for SAP SD.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, super users, and technical development teams.
• Coordinate and review the work of other business systems analysts and support teams.
• Develop complex process and system solutions using multiple gathering methodologies.
• Maintain expert product knowledge to identify enhancement opportunities and ensure efficient delivery.

Required Skills

• 12-15 years of experience with SAP ECC SD configuration and testing.
• Deep expertise in ERP systems within a global or multinational environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a related discipline.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting established timelines.
• Strong ability to document and implement software solutions based on business needs.
• Experience working within large ERP systems footprints.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IDOCs and integrations.
• Experience managing relationships with third-party vendors and external teams.
